===The Psalm is attributed to the Sons of Korah. Moses' cousin, Korah, led a rebellion against Moses but was consumed by hell fire, among 250 conspirators. But his sons survived, not being part of the conspiracy. In later generations, Korahites were temple workers.
The song is a song of praise to God, who is a fortress to His people.
